The data controller is OBIOTHAN SENEGAL SARL, whose registered office is located in Mamelles, Cité Mbackiyou Faye, Dakar. We only collect the information needed to respond to people interested in our real estate projects.
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject of your request and the content of your message. If you write to us via WhatsApp from the site, we have access to your phone number, your profile name and the content of our exchanges, which are also subject to WhatsApp's terms of use. Finally, as on any website, the server automatically records technical connection data, such as IP address, browser type, date of visit and pages viewed, which are used for the proper functioning and security of the site.

The site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data concerning minors. It also links to Instagram and WhatsApp, which apply their own privacy policies, which we invite you to consult.
